A leading and crucial State Government Organisation in Mackay's CBD is seeking multiple Technology Support Officers to work on and support the IT infrastructure of several key government departments!


Your new role
Your new role will see you work within a small but dedicated multi-disciplinary team of engineers and technicians to work on a variety of hardware, software and infrastructure technologies used throughout the QLD State Government. You will be required to travel to several different state government sites around the Mackay region to provide onsite technical support as well as remote support from this organisation's HQ.


What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will need experience in the following:

• ITIL framework
• Mobile device technologies
• Windows Server (2008 and above)
• Windows 7 SOE and above
• ITSM tool management for IT service delivery
• Active Directory tools, PowerShell
• Queensland "C" class driver licence
