Receptionist / Administration Officer
We are looking for someone to share our values of Safety, Quality, Equality, Honesty and Respect.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, sub-contractors and stake holders of Mainetec, while providing high quality customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Provide administration support to other staff as required.
- Managing all aspects of the daily office functions.
- Management of multiple mailboxes.
- Document management.
- Manage promotional items & social media.
- Travel bookings.
- Purchasing support.
- Assist accounts department with general accounting duties.
To succeed in this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate following personal attributes and skills:
- Outstanding telephone manner
- Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- High attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to easily changing work commitments
- Flexible can-do attitude
- Self-motivated team player, but able to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team and to maintain a high level of efficiency in a busy and demanding environment
Attributes that will be highly regarded:
- Knowledge of EXO Business & Job Costing
- Accounts payable and receivable experience
